Thailand: Day 5 (Phi Phi islands cancelled. Massage. Shopping)

We're super excited to finally go to the islands , something we've been waiting for for a very long time.time to relax. A driver picks us up and the vehicle is a ute with seats and a roof for the canopy. There are two other couples there. It's a half an hour drive.

We arrive at the meeting place and wait for others to arrive. It begins to pour. We're like oh crap. We sit there for ages, waiting for it to stop. It doesn't seem to stop so we head on over to the boats anyway. We get drenched! The rain is cold. The boats are all wet and there's rain coming in. It gets real cold in there but you get used to it.

We see Chicken Island.

The waves are choppy as and it gets bumpy, one time some water comes all the way in. There's a boat behind us and I watch it as it goes over the waves. It's crazy. We then see it turning around and then we realise we're back at the start. They tell us it's too rough. So we all have to head home. We get back after 12.

I have a quick shower then we go grab some food from a lady that makes great yellow and red curry. The spring rolls were good. We then get a massage and shopping.
